This 1 day training course is designed for Employers and Employees Identifying the consequences for none compliance with the Heath and Safety at Work Act 1974  and identification of a competent person for completing such things as risk assessments, defining Hazards and Risks and discusses the need for rigorous completion of workplace accident forms. The course highlights the penalties that can be enforced on Employers for none compliance and the need for training and correct training needs analysis. Discussing items such as Personal Protective Equipment PPE and the need for employers to provide a safe environment for all their employees. ​
