 We offer fully approved and regulated courses in all areas of Workplace and Social settings. First Aid Training, Mental Health First Aid Training and Mental Health Awareness. ​Established in 2012 we are a training company based in Kendal in the beautiful Lake District.  We offer courses at our main training centre in Kendal or we can offer 'in house' training at your venue. All our courses are regularly updated to conform with current research and development and are fully regulated and both internally and externally quality assured. We also understand the need for training to be flexible so we run courses in the evenings and at weekends to suit your staffing needs.

Our Chief Instructor/Assessor Clive has been involved in the training and care of staff for over 35 years. Working in high stress environments as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, he is acutely aware of the need for staff to be well trained in recognising potential Physical and Mental Health issues.

Since the introduction of 'Millies Law' British Standard Kite Mark and the involvement of Ofsted in the Paediatric First Aid programme, it is now essential to have the mandate/regulated number of Paediatric First Aiders in any setting that cares for children under the "Early years Framework"

We here at CRS are acutely aware that Mental Health is a difficult subject to talk about. We believe that good education and the ability to recognise issues early can be beneficial for all. In his previous employment our Instructor Clive was a Care Team Lead, as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and he has been involved in identifying Stress and Anxiety working with both employees and employers.
